Cyclone Yasi (Category 5) will hit approximately 11pm tonight, bringing wind speeds up to 295km/h, along with heavy rainfall likely to lead to flash flooding. The eye of the storm is 100km wide, and will destory everything in its path. We will not see a storm like this again in our lifetime. Spare a thought for Queenslanders tonight. They've had a rough few weeks, considering the floods they endured recently, but they'll get through this too. The rest of the nation is with you. -JD
