# 21 "Breaking The Habit"

I finished this painting a few hours ago. The track "Breaking the Habit" is another favourite of mine off Meteora, and although it was quite a simple idea, I knew exactly what I wanted to paint.

"Breaking The Habit"

For this painting, I incorporated my favourite lyrics from the song into the artwork, and tried to make it the focal point. In my eyes, Breaking the Habit is a masterpiece of a song from start to finish. I had lots of ideas for this painting, but I knew none of them would do the song justice - so I opted for a more simple painting. Oh, and on a side note...my permanent marker is almost dead. As you can clearly see. Time to buy a new one!
